Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) team member in Utah. The role combines store administration with tire and wheel sales support, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting products and services, assisting with accounting tasks, and supporting inventory and credit programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment;

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
