Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. You will support sales activities, coordinate with the events team, assist with contracts and room blocks, and help ensure guest satisfaction through smooth service delivery.

This role emphasizes collaboration across departments, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, and assist with reporting to help drive revenue

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel or conference Catering/Sales Assistant role.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and soliciting new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
• Assist with achieving monthly revenue booking goals.
• Prepare and distribute routing correspondence, reports or contracts as directed by sales leadership.
• Ensure documents are completed accurately and on time and maintain sales records.
• Reserves conference space and books blocks of rooms for guests.
• Coordinates with guests on due dates for rooming lists, cut-off dates, and contracts to meet deadlines.
• Respond to guest inquiries and leads in a timely fashion.
