Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel, conference catering or sales assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Support monthly revenue booking goals through proactive scheduling and follow-up.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure accuracy of data.
• Coordinate with guests and groups on room blocks, events, and deadlines.
• Assist with setting up banquet spaces and executing group events.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and relay information to the appropriate team.
