Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work mainly with the Hotel Catering Sales Team.
• Answer and direct phone calls and delight guests.
• Perform administrative duties and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Coordinate and prepare reports, analyze data, and identify solutions.
• Communicate clearly with multiple departments.
• Reconcile billing and other financial reports.
• Be solution oriented for guest and colleague questions.
