Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Activator to increase winning against competition in Large Format accounts in the Stockton area.

The role emphasizes driving in-store presence, aligning with Perfect Store standards, and expanding product range across outlets. The position requires field sales expertise, account management ability, and the capacity to deliver effective market activations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in consumer goods or beverage environment is preferred.
• Strong account management skills with ability to manage retailer relationships.
• DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience is a plus.
• English proficiency; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Expand in-store presence and drive collaboration with retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure execution of promotions and Perfect Store standards in Large Format accounts.
• Cover defined territory and optimize outlet frequency and reach.
• Lead market activations and ensure effective communication within the distribution team.
• Report non-compliance promptly and maintain high levels of account service.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and safety requirements; up to 25 pounds handling.

Job description

The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts.

LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS

Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards

Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition

Maintain and Increase product range in all stores

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory

Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner

Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology)
increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence

Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call

SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS

Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities

Report non-compliance in a timely manner

Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.

Responsible to drive effective communication amongst RBDC distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service

Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

Must be at least 21 years of age

Experience in sales, account management and DSD a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

English; additional languages an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $51,376 to $56,784 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
