Red Bull Distribution Company in Omaha, NE seeks a Sales Activator to drive in-store presence and elevate performance against competition in Large Format accounts.

Responsibilities include managing territory calls, coordinating promotions, and ensuring top-quality account service with strong communication within the RBDC team. A valid US driver’s license is required, with DOT medical card and 21+ age.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management and DSD a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
• Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.
• Maintain and Increase product range in all stores.
• Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
• Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.
• Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call.
• Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
• Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.
• Responsible to drive effective communication amongst RBDC distribution team.
• Leading all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.

LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS

Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $44,000 to $66,000 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
