Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and organizing information.

Responsibilities

Support Field Sales and Account Management teams to develop broker and client relationships.
Learn the NYL GBS product portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Utilize Salesforce, BenefitFlow, Tableau, and AI tools to organize data and support sales activities.
Participate in mentorship, networking, and develop industry knowledge.
Collaborate with interns on a capstone project and present insights to stakeholders.
