Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage relationships with existing customers and referral sources while prospecting for additional revenue opportunities. You will contact customers before and after service, develop new leads, and build relationships with insurance agents and adjusters.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred
• 6–12 months of sales experience or prior sales training highly desired
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic and selling orientation
• Build rapport easily and establish trust for lasting relationships
• Can present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
• Aptitude for basic math for sales process calculations
• Local/regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events and selling services after catastrophic events
• Some work outside traditional hours to network and represent the company at events
• Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools

Incumbent Must Be Prepared To

• Be exposed to various inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Travel Availability

Be willing to travel inside of the United States for periods of time.

Compensation

This is an hourly and commission base paid salary.

Compensación: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
