Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-oriented representative to provide loan solutions and exceptional service at our Charleston location. The role includes processing applications, communicating with customers, and meeting branch sales goals.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial info.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to sales of products and services.
• Learn applicable federal, state, and local laws for compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deposits to financial institutions.
• Perform additional duties as market demand requires.
