Axiom Molds in the United States seeks a Sales Account Manager for the Die & Mold Division to grow revenue with target accounts. You will guide customers on mold components, align with standard parts, and work with product development to expand offerings.

Founded in 1999, Axiom Molds has specialized in R&D and manufacturing of high-precision mold components for 27 years, with core machining accuracy up to ±0.005mm. We are a one-stop foreign trade service provider integrating R&D, standardized mass production, customized precision processing, global cross-border delivery and after-sales support for precision mold parts.
Our full product portfolio covers mold components for injection, stamping and die-casting molds, consisting of two core lines: international standard parts compatible with MISUMI, HASCO and DME standards, and high-precision non-standard custom inserts. We focus on three high-end precision manufacturing sectors: new energy vehicles, medical devices and premium consumer electronics. Our products are exported to 42 countries worldwide, serving well-known global manufacturers including BMW, BYD, NVIDIA and Midea.
Equipped with fully digital workshops and 5-axis precision machining systems, we implement a closed-loop quality control process covering raw material inspection, precision machining, vacuum heat treatment and full final dimensional inspection. We support dual supply modes: off-the-shelf standard parts and custom precision inserts, alongside value-added services including 7×24 cross-timezone technical support, drawing confidentiality agreements and complete foreign trade documentation for customs clearance. We strive to become a trustworthy Chinese manufacturer partner for high-end mold industries globally.
This role belongs to our Die & Mold Division. The Sales Account Manager will sustain and recapture sales and growth opportunities at target accounts. This role requires strong consulting skills at all levels of the customer's engineering, purchasing, and management organization on a rich metal stamping component line card and unique configurable product model.
Additionally, this position will be integral in discovering and providing customer insights for business development of new services and products required to expand market share. This position has great career opportunities in the company's rapid growth.

Employee compensation is determined by multiple factors including educational background, professional qualifications, certification, working experience, professional skills, seniority, geographical location, local minimum wage standard, job performance, shift arrangement, travel requirements, sales revenue indicators and business operational needs. All bonuses and commissions are discretionary and subject to company policies and legal regulations.
