Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Basic mathematical skills and geometry knowledge required.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and mold processing blueprints.
• No experience required for outstanding newcomers.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and simple machining tasks.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify sizes.
• Read drawings and plan processing steps.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and tolerance.
• Troubleshoot simple machine faults and assist maintenance.
• Support overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
