Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-up:
- Engage with new leads provided by the Sales Director promptly and professionally
- Establish initial contact with potential customers and build a relationship
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the client's cybersecurity requirements
- Customer Engagement:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and present our cybersecurity solutions
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and tailored proposals to prospective clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, providing accurate and timely information
- Deal Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts
- Work to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Director
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term relationships
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the account management or customer support team
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and new leads
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market share
- Proactively seek ways to expand the client base and increase revenue through innovative sales approaches

. Sales Process Management:
- Track and manage all interactions with leads and clients using CRM software
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on the status of leads and deals in the pipeline
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and close rates
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market observations
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support of cybersecurity solutions
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business performance
Requirements

. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets. Experience with channel business development is a strong advantage

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
