Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts by directly selling insurance products to public school districts.
• Provide value to current customers and meet financial needs; build strong relationships with customers and executives.
• Develop customized employee benefits packages through annual enrollments, group presentations, and new account opportunities.
• Manage and develop new accounts within a defined territory; overnight travel may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

Focusongrowingandmaintainingexistingbusiness-to-businessaccountsbydirectlysellinginsuranceproductsandservicestopublicschooldistricts.Consultwithcurrentcustomerstoprovidevalueandmeetfinancialneeds.Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandassociationexecutives.Developcustomizedneeds-basedemployeebenefitspackagesthroughannualbenefitenrollments,grouppresentations,andnewaccountdevelopmentopportunities.

DefinedTerritory-EachAccountRepresentativeisassignedaterritorytomanageanddevelopnewaccounts. OvernightTravelisRequired.Mustresideinthespecificterritory.
