You will sell insurance products and services, build lasting relationships with district executives, and deliver value-based employee benefit solutions in a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Focus on growing and maintaining existing B2B accounts by selling insurance products and services to public school districts.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized employee benefits packages through annual enrollments, group presentations and new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Defined Territory – Each Account Representative manages a territory and develops new accounts.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Must reside in the specified territory.
• Structured on-the-job training within the territory and product/sales schools online training.

PrimaryResponsibilities

Focusongrowingandmaintainingexistingbusiness-to-businessaccountsbydirectlysellinginsuranceproductsandservicestopublicschooldistricts.Consultwithcurrentcustomerstoprovidevalueandmeetfinancialneeds.Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandassociationexecutives.Developcustomizedneeds-basedemployeebenefitspackagesthroughannualbenefitenrollments,grouppresentationsandnewaccountdevelopmentopportunities.
