About the Role

  • New Business Development: Generate new business by effectively communicating our platform’s value to business owners and executives, conducting engaging demos, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Sell digital marketing solutions to legal clients, focusing on specific verticals and territories such as personal injury, family, criminal, and employment law.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our products by conducting discovery calls, customizing demos, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Results: Consistently exceed $5,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and close deals through a solution-based sales approach.
  • Growth Mindset: Embrace challenges as learning opportunities, seek feedback, and pursue personal and professional development.
  • Relationship Building: Use personable and persuasive communication to build strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful business outcomes.

Candidate Profile
  • Sales Experience: At least 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in legal digital marketing solutions.
  • Performance Record: Proven success in managing, developing, and closing new client relationships with over $5,000 in MRR, with prior promotion from roles like BDR or SDR.
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to articulate how services impact clients' performance metrics.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, Zoom.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude contributing to a high-energy team culture.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about client success and exceeding expectations.
  • Training & Ramp-Up: Complete a three-week training program and achieve full quota by month three.

Compensation

We post transparent pay ranges: $60,000 to $79,000 base salary, with total compensation including variable incentives ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and location. Final offers consider skills, education, experience, and internal equity. Salary ranges are designed to support future growth.
