Bayforce is seeking experienced IT Staffing Account Executive/Manager for local and national accounts. Remote role with flexibility to go into our local office in downtown St Pete, FL.

About Us: Leading IT Consulting & Staffing firm (28+ years) specializing in SAP, Oracle, Cloud, and high-level IT consultative staffing solutions. Bayforce has a very niche focus within the Enterprise IT world!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships to identify IT project and staffing needs (ERP, Cloud, PMO emphasis).
  • Gather/verify requirements, collaborate with delivery to develop solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage consultant relationships at client sites.
  • Meet/exceed goals, document activity in CRM/ATS.

Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years IT staffing sales experience preferably with consultative selling experience versus transactional.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, prioritization, and work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce CRM a plus.
  • Willingness for occasional travel.

Pluses: ERP/Cloud knowledge, Salesforce CRM/ATS experience, familiarity with sales support tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
