Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or account management.
• Experience supporting key account management activities is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to handle form-heavy work.
• Proficient with presentation tools and MS Office for professional formatting.
• Clear, professional communicator with retail account contacts.

Responsibilities

• Build and format polished sell-in presentations and account reviews.
• Own new item setup from start to finish with detailed forms.
• Coordinate and generate product images and lifestyle assets.
• Serve as a point of contact for accounts and buyers, handling follow-ups.
• Keep account materials and presentation decks accurate and on-brand.
• Compile and organize sales data into clear reports for reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing, ops, and product teams for deliverables.
• Track deadlines across accounts and flag priorities.
• Support Director of Sales for account reviews and retailer meetings.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide time-sensitive solutions.
