The role includes entering quotes and orders into the ERP system, tracking quotes and requests, and maintaining precise customer records.

Qualifikationen

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Associate serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to support sales growth
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product information, pricing, lead times, order assistance, and customer complaint support in a timely fashion
• Coordinate with appropriate departments to identify, manage and prioritize expedited requests and address customer needs/resolve order-related issues
• Enter customer quotes and orders into the ERP system and review purchases for accuracy
• Track outstanding quotes and customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and related documentation
• Obtain authorized financial information
• Support general customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or order entry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with ERPs or order management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments as well as autonomously

Physical Demands

• Sitting, twisting, reaching in front of you at shoulder level, use of head in a static position and use of both hands for fine finger dexterity and to grasp frequently
• Standing, walking and lifting, carrying, pulling and pushing up to 10 lbs. occasionally
