As a Sales Associate at eStar Rides, you will be the friendly face for our customers—guiding them through every aspect of our business. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience whether customers are buying, renting, or seeking repair advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right e-bike or e-scooter; explain features, financing, and after-sales support
• Rentals: Manage rental agreements, equipment checkouts/returns, and educate riders on safe usage
• Repairs: Liaise with our technical team by gathering initial repair information and providing customer updates
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest micromobility trends

What We’re Looking For
