eStar Rides LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Representative in Atlanta to greet customers, explain our eco-friendly bikes, scooters, and motorcycles, and guide them through the buying process. You will demonstrate products, answer questions, and provide post-sale support to ensure a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, collaboration with the team, and a passion for sustainable transportation.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for eco-friendly transportation and sustainability.
• Enthusiasm for learning product details and updates.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering product information and guidance.
• Become an expert on our electric bikes, scooters, and motorcycles, explaining features and benefits to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and close sales to meet targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase performance and advantages.
• Address customer inquiries and provide product support, including post-sale questions.
• Keep track of product inventory, restock shelves, and notify Operations Manager of restocking needs.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a positive shopping environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to better serve customers.
