Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Site Director to lead its Salem, Massachusetts operation, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, operations, and program management to drive growth and operational excellence. Reports to the SVP & GM, QES and Energetics US.

The role focuses on strategy, capacity expansion, talent development, customer satisfaction, and lean/six sigma driven improvements while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional organizations including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Program Management.
• Proven experience driving strategic growth, organizational scaling, capacity expansion, and operational transformation.
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Salem site and growth initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing and operations modernization, automation, and capacity expansion.
• Lead engineering, process, and new product development activities.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of programs.
