Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Facility and EH&S Manager in the US (Billerica) to lead the oversight of physical infrastructure and safety programs. The role covers regulatory compliance, business continuity, and safeguarding employees and contractors.

Responsibilities include managing facilities operations, supervising staff, and coordinating with external vendors while maintaining OSHA/EPA standards and environment health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Facilities and/or EHS in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience managing facilities operations and external vendors.
• Capable of operating in a manufacturing environment with regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations of building, grounds, and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure regulatory compliance of facility operations and crisis management plans.
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to eliminate hazards.
• Develop health and safety procedures and training curricula for PPE and emergency response.
• Coordinate with external vendors, inspectors, and service providers.
