Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Production Sous Chef to manage daily food and beverage production, lead cooks, and maintain high service standards.

You will assist in planning dining operations and ensure quality and safety across all outlets and events in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, ServSafe certification, HACCP knowledge, and a willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
• ServSafe certification required; HACCP knowledge emphasized.
• Seven years of related experience or culinary degree/certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food production and staff schedules for timely output.
• Manages payroll, mentoring, and performance of staff.
• Participates in training to develop hourly staff in culinary arts.
• Oversees safety, sanitation, and SOPs for kitchen operations.
• Plans menus in line with client preferences and SOW requirements.
• Monitors inventory, purchases, and food/beverage costs.
