- Collaborates with staff to support education process and building operations.
- Participates in the total school program and curriculum reviews as required.
- Demonstrates dependable punctuality and proper use of equipment and facilities.
- Maintains open communication with administrators, parents, students, staff and the public.
- Upholds school rules and Board policies and collective bargaining agreements.
- Uses varied instructional strategies to meet lesson objectives and extend learning beyond the classroom.
- Diagnoses student needs and provides timely feedback on progress.
