Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager for the Greensboro area to supervise the closing shift, ensure quality and safety, and maintain guest satisfaction. The role is 40 hours per week with shifts starting between 2-5pm and Friday–Sunday as expected shifts.

Compensation is $20 per hour, with benefits after 6 months of service and paid vacation. The team emphasizes high standards, upbeat leadership, and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:
