Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Salad Prep team member to join our dining services. You will set up salad bar, condiments, soup and bread station, stock during service, and prepare salads and sides per recipe.

You will apply all food safety practices, assist guests in a friendly manner, and communicate needs to management. This role requires standing most of the shift and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, with frequent lifting up to 40 lbs; we value reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced
