Job summary

Parkhurst Dining in Biddeford, ME is hiring a Salad Prep Worker. The pay rate is $17–$20 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities to learn and grow within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group and our Parkhurst Dining team.

As part of the kitchen, you will set up salad bar, stocks, and prep salads and sides according to recipes, uphold food safety practices, assist guests, and communicate needs to management. This role offers a friendly, values-driven environment and team growth.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up salad bar, condiments, and soup and bread station, ensuring that they are cleaned and stocked throughout the service period.
• Prepare all salads and sides according to recipe and production pars for general service and catering functions.
• Apply and maintain all Food Safety practices
• Assist our guests, as needed, in a friendly, professional manner. Use the Parkhurst Hospitality Imperatives
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
