Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in San Antonio, TX is seeking qualified BOH team members to support kitchen operations on shift. You will prepare and cook according to Ruth's Chris standards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely service while upholding food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assists other kitchen personnel in food preparation and sidework as assigned by the Chef.
• Preps and cooks all food to company specifications and standards.
• Checks par and stock levels before shift and communicates discrepancies.
• Prepares vegetables for salads; portions and plates salads and desserts.
• Communicates with broiler and side cooks to ensure timely service.
• Rotates and restocks pantry items and supplies throughout the shift.
