Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and sidework per Ruth’s Chris recipes.
• Prepare and cook food to standards; ensure timely, high-quality servings.
• Check par/stock levels of ingredients and equipment; report discrepancies.
• Season, cook and plate side station items to Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Coordinate with broiler cook to ensure correct timing for service.
• Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or injuries.
