Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Ohio is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our kitchen team. We are hiring part-time to full-time staff to prepare fresh dough, made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing pizzas, ensuring quality, loading/unloading from the oven, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake made-from-scratch pizzas.

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh dough, made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas
• Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests
• Loading and unloading pizzas into and from the oven as needed
• Following proper cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each unique pizza size and style
• Using proper portioning utensils and following recipe guidelines
• Working cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management
• Maintaining an overall clean environment
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Assisting with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
• Safe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals
