• Use proper portioning utensils and follow recipes.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle and store sanitation and cleaning chemicals safely.

Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh dough, made-from-scratch pizzas, and operate pizza ovens in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas
• Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests
• Loading and unloading pizzas into and from the oven as needed
• Following proper cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each unique pizza size and style
