Responsibilities

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec.
• Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean.
• Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment.
• Follow all knife safety protocols and learn our seasonally changing menu.
• Adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager.
