Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Fort Wayne kitchen team. You will prepare food to recipe standards, maintain freshness and presentation, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and at least 1 year of food service experience. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, making our team feel like family.

• ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food such that all food is ready for use within the established timeframe.
• Prepares food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner that preserves freshness, quality and appeal.
• Supports other kitchen employees in ensuring essential kitchen functions are performed adequately.
• Puts away/Pulls stock as needed.
