You will follow the daily production schedule, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with coworkers to ensure quality, accurate portions, and smooth service. Prior cooking and customer service experience is required; benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking and customer service experience required.
• Must be able to follow daily production schedule.
• Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads following standards.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains counters and work areas.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products and condiments as directed.
• Operates slicing machine to cut meats and cheeses to specified thickness.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and portion control.
