• Cuts and prepares deli meats, vegetables and cheeses for sandwiches and salads.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads following production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and sanitation standards (HACCP).
