Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position. Location is 200 South Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 with online applications accepted. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM; six months or more of food handling experience required.

Responsibilities include slicing, assembling sandwiches and salads, stocking products, and maintaining sanitation per HACCP guidelines. Competitive benefits and referral bonus available.

• Six months or more of previous food handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli items and prepares sandwiches, salads and cold food to standard quality and portion control.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products following merchandising guidelines.
• Carries pans and trays of food to and from workstation and fridge.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation per HACCP.
• Cleans and sanitizes counters, work surfaces and equipment.
• Operates slicing machine to prepare meats and cheeses at designated thickness.
• Coordinates with coworkers to ensure service standards and inventory control.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment compliant with sanitation and safety policies.
