Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce, including storage and inventory levels.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties.
