Fogo de Chão in Richmond, VA is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support the salad bar, desserts and side dishes with efficient preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce and manages storage area.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
