Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide salad bar and side dish prep with proper presentation according to recipes
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure high quality of all produce and items
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on products
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as assigned
