The role requires stamina, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. Full-time or part-time hours with benefits are available based on employment type.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe.
• Maintain high quality of inventory and fresh produce, manage storage and rotation.
• Track expiration dates and assist with inventory control.
• Keep kitchen equipment and areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as assigned.
