Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Atlanta is hiring for a Market Table Attendant / Kitchen Prep. Provide upbeat service while preparing and presenting salad bar items and desserts with consistent quality.

Responsibilities include inventory quality, expiration tracking, and maintaining cleanliness across kitchen areas, plus completing opening/closing duties as needed. Ability to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to prep and present salad bar items and side dishes per recipe.
• Maintain high quality of inventory and produce, manage storage and stock levels.
• Flexibility to support various kitchen tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
