Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Dallas is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support daily service and kitchen operations. You will prepare salad bar items and side dishes, present them according to recipes, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness on the line.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce, including proper storage and inventory levels.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
