Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes and desserts per recipe efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and freshness; manage storage and stock levels.
• Track expiration dates with diligence.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as required.
