Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Plano, TX is hiring Kitchen Prep team members to support the salad bar, side dishes and desserts, ensuring proper presentation and recipe adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will help manage inventory, monitor expiration dates, keep kitchen areas clean, and assist with opening or closing duties; weekends and holidays required. Full- and part-time benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in salad bar prep and presentation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrates cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Flexible with weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides, and desserts per recipe.
• Ensures inventory quality and freshness.
• Manages inventory levels and storage areas.
• Helps track expiration dates on products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening/closing duties as directed.
