Responsibilities include inventory quality checks, expiration tracking, and keeping kitchen areas clean. Weekend and holiday work is required; lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas and completes opening/closing duties.
