Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring for the Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep role in Pasadena, CA. This position supports salad bar prep, presentation, and inventory control in a fast-paced, high standards kitchen.

Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance from the first of the month after 60 days, company-paid Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability. Part-time and voluntary benefits options are also available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability and reliability required for fast-paced dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support through preparation and proper presentation of salad bar items, side dishes and desserts.
• Ensure inventory quality and freshness, manage storage area and keep areas clean.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates and maintaining kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any opening or closing shift duties.
