Buona Forchetta is seeking a dedicated Salad and Dessert Prep Cook to join our vibrant, casual dining restaurant in San Marcos, California. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, desserts, and side dishes while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurants who is passionate about food and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour.

This is a tipped position, offering a supportive work atmosphere.

• Adherence to company policies and guidelines from Head Chef
