Salad and Dessert Prep Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salad and Dessert Prep Cook to join our team at our vibrant casual dining restaurant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing fresh salads, desserts and side dishes with precision, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. A minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume restaurants is required. If you're passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and have a strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads, desserts and side dishes according to standardized recipes and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Monitor food inventory and communicate ingredient needs to the chef.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with a team.
• Adherence to company policies and guidelines from Head Chef

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a prep or salad station role.
• A strong passion for food preparation and presentation.
