Job summary

Volto USA is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Project Manager to lead IAM initiatives onsite in Island Heights, NJ. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate IAM architects, BA, developers and testers, and drive Agile sprint planning and reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong IAM project management experience, knowledge of SailPoint IIQ, and excellent communication skills to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IAM architects, BA, developers and testers.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution and status reporting using Agile methodology.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, identity governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Resolve project issues, escalation risks and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure customer delight.

• Project management experience in IAM domain with good understanding on IAM basics.
• Lead end to end delivery of project
• Experience in managing project timelines| risks and resources to ensure successful implementation
