Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. seeks an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong IAM expertise in IIQ and ISC.

The role requires hands-on development, provisioning, and governance work, with collaboration across security, applications, and infrastructure teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing IAM solutions, configuring workflows and connectors, automating identity lifecycle processes, and implementing access governance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• Develop and customize IAM workflows for user onboarding, role changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Configure and maintain connectors to integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and databases.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request processes.
• Configure access certifications, access reviews, role management, and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Develop and troubleshoot rules, workflows, transforms, APIs, and provisioning policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity, aggregation, provisioning, and identity synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with security, application, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet IAM requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience developing and configuring workflows, connectors, and provisioning processes.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using standard and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise directory services.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ customization using Java, BeanShell, XML, and rules.
• Experience with ISC transforms, workflows, source configuration, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
• Experience with SQL and database integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD processes.
